The Old Market Business Association (OMBA) represents over 70 merchants, property owners and friends interested in Enhancing the Old Market Experience for visitors and guests. The activities of OMBA are carried out by the many volunteers affiliated with its members.

Those wanting to operate within the Old Market area must comply with city and various other regulations. The City of Omaha consults with OMBA, among other groups, when issuing permits. Becoming an OMBA Member
Active Membership in OMBA is open to business owners and property owners located in the Old Market area (either side of 10th to 14th Streets from either side of Leavenworth to Farnam Streets). Associate Membership (non-voting) is open to everyone else including residents of the Old Market. Membership is $100 per calendar year.
